# Glossary

This page defines the words that the guide uses. Each word has one meaning on every page.

## Terms from A to Z

The terms are in alphabetical order. Each row gives one term and its meaning.

| Term                        | Meaning                                                                                                                                                                                                            |
| --------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Auto-Link**               | Links channel products to Amazon items whose seller SKU matches exactly.                                                                                                                                           |
| **Bag**                     | Where a shopper collects items before checkout. You can rename it to cart, basket, or trolley.                                                                                                                     |
| **Catalyst**                | The AI assistant for Pages. Open it from the assistant button at the bottom right of any page. See [Catalyst](/pages-studio/catalyst.md).                                                                          |
| **Fallback shipping speed** | The speed used when the shopper's choice cannot be matched.                                                                                                                                                        |
| **FBA**                     | Fulfillment by Amazon: inventory stored in Amazon's warehouses.                                                                                                                                                    |
| **Fulfillment account**     | The provider account that holds your inventory and ships your orders.                                                                                                                                              |
| **Gross order total**       | The sum of order totals, with tax and shipping, before cancellations and refunds.                                                                                                                                  |
| **In-app checkout**         | Your Brandclub checkout, where shoppers pay you directly.                                                                                                                                                          |
| **Link**                    | The match between a channel product and its Amazon seller SKU.                                                                                                                                                     |
| **Live Assist**             | The concierge hands a chat to a person on your team. Your team answers in the Live Assist Console under **Concierge → Live Assist**, or in a connected support tool. See [Live Assist](/concierge/live-assist.md). |
| **Main link**               | The address that shared links and published pages open.                                                                                                                                                            |
| **MCF**                     | Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment: Amazon ships orders from any sales channel.                                                                                                                                      |
| **MCF with Prime**          | Amazon's program that adds Prime delivery to MCF orders.                                                                                                                                                           |
| **Operator**                | A person who uses ShopperOS to run a project.                                                                                                                                                                      |
| **Project**                 | Your workspace for one brand or store.                                                                                                                                                                             |
| **Route**                   | Joins one sales channel to one fulfillment account, with its default shipping rules.                                                                                                                               |
| **Sales channel**           | A place orders come from, such as your Shopify store, Walmart Marketplace, or TikTok Shop.                                                                                                                         |
| **Seller SKU**              | Your product code in Amazon Seller Central.                                                                                                                                                                        |
| **Statement descriptor**    | The name shoppers see on their card statement.                                                                                                                                                                     |
| **Subscribe & Save**        | A repeating order of a product at a discount.                                                                                                                                                                      |
